Description

JD.com seeks a Delivery Service Provider Manager to oversee DSP partnerships, ensure efficient operations, and maintain compliance across Europe. The role involves coordinating capacity, handling exceptions, and driving growth through strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Manage daily relationships with DSP service providers and assess performance KPIs
Coordinate capacity resources to align with business needs and ensure smooth delivery chains
Lead resolution of exceptions in DSP partnerships and develop mitigation solutions
Oversee compliance with European regulations and regularly review provider qualifications
Collaborate with internal teams to support commercial initiatives and operational efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher with approximately five years experience in DSP partnership management
Strong English speaking skills that can be used as a work language
Excellent cross‑departmental communication, adaptability and problem‑solving abilities
Deep understanding of DSP partnership models and operational logic
Familiarity with European DSP compliance requirements
