Description

The Demand Planning Product Owner role at Mars Kazakhstan involves owning and improving internal tools and processes for Demand Planning. The candidate will bridge business needs with practical solutions, drive adoption of new products, and support training across the organization.

Responsibilities

Maintain and regularly update existing internal tools and solutions for Demand Planning teams
Drive continuous improvement of existing Demand Planning tools and identify improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain the Demand Planning process and its standards
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and align priorities
Translate business needs into practical solutions and define requirements
Drive the adoption of new tools, products, and ways of working
Act as a Demand Planning ambassador and provide expert support and training

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Demand Planning
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain management, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Hands-on experience with digital and data analytics tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written
