Description

The Digital Growth Manager B2B will develop strategies to expand CARFAX’s dealer and B2B business, leading campaigns with clear revenue responsibility. The role combines B2B marketing, business development and performance‑marketing channel management across Europe. Based in Munich, the position offers hybrid work and extensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute campaigns and marketing measures for lead generation and revenue growth in European automotive trade
Identify and open new business opportunities in the SME segment
Coordinate and manage performance‑marketing channels such as SEA, Social, Email with consumer marketing team
Collaborate daily with sales, marketing, product and external partners
Take responsibility for budget, monitoring, reporting and continuous optimization of activities
Lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority to achieve results

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in Growth Marketing, digital Business Development or similar roles
Experience at a Classified Site or B2B marketplace
Proven revenue responsibility and success scaling digital channels
Hands‑on mentality: implement yourself rather than only coordinate
Management experience with strong communication and proactive approach
B2B experience, preferably with focus on SMEs and automotive dealers
Very good German and English language skills
Additional language such as Spanish, Italian or Polish is a plus
Analytical thinking, high self‑motivation and entrepreneurial sense
Willingness to travel and represent CARFAX at industry events
