Description

Omniplex Learning seeks a Digital Performance Manager to own optimisation of its website, marketing automation and digital journeys. The role focuses on improving conversion rates, lead generation and overall commercial impact of digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive data‑driven improvements across SEO, PPC and UX.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimise website to support campaigns, lead generation and ABM activities
Design, implement and continuously improve marketing automation workflows and conversion pathways
Lead CRO initiatives including A/B testing, personalisation and performance analysis
Own SEO, PPC and emerging AI‑assisted search strategies to boost visibility
Coordinate website development, manage agencies and oversee tracking, integrations and CMS administration
Establish reporting across the marketing funnel using data and insights
Identify and implement UX/UI improvements through regular audits

Requirements

Proven experience managing commercial or B2B websites
Strong knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS with HTML/CSS editing ability
Experience using Google Analytics and Search Console for decision‑making
Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, UX principles and digital marketing strategy
Project and stakeholder management skills, including agency coordination
Collaborative and proactive mindset with interest in AI‑assisted search
