Description

The EMEA Transition & PMO Lead at Lenovo will lead customer transitions and complex service implementations across the EMEA region. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of strategic projects, managing a high-performing team, and championing AI-native ways of working. The position requires extensive experience in IT services and proven leadership in driving delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end transition programs across the regional portfolio, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
Act as program lead for strategic implementations, providing oversight and quality assurance
Own transition governance and delivery excellence, including internal and customer reviews
Manage escalations and drive resolution for customer and internal issues
Optimize regional resource planning and performance with data-driven updates
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing transition and project management team
Champion an AI-native way of working, driving continuous learning and innovation
Foster a collaborative culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience in IT services, managed services, or outsourcing environments
Proven people leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
Expert program and project management capabilities for large-scale initiatives
Deep understanding of transition management methodologies and best practices
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands-on experience leveraging AI-native ways of working with agentic AI tools
Strong understanding of AI governance and operational excellence
Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, PMI-ACP, ITIL
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
Experience with program planning tools like MS Project
