Description
LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) offers a 12-month Engineering Graduate Programme for aspiring fullstack developers. The programme targets final-year undergraduate or Masters students in CS, Computer Engineering, Engineering, IT or related disciplines, or fresh graduates from the class of 2026, starting September 2027. It includes an Engineering Bootcamp, group projects aligned to LSEG goals, a mid-point skills offsite, and access to industry-recognized qualifications. Graduates join on a permanent basis with hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits portfolio.
Responsibilities
Progress through a 12-month development journey building foundational engineering skills
Build foundational knowledge of LSEG, Financial Markets and the business during global induction
Attend Engineering Bootcamp week to immerse in business and engineering principles
Participate in group projects aligned to LSEG goals
Attend 'Ignite' mid-point skills offsite to explore key knowledge areas
Earn industry-recognized qualifications with support of 5 study days during programme
Connect with global early careers community and contribute via CSR and volunteering
Requirements
Final year undergraduate or Masters student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline, or fresh graduate (class of 2026)
Familiarity with at least one of: C#, JavaScript, Node JS, .NET, or Python
Strong interest in Full-Stack Development
Demonstrable interest in financial markets through studies, work experience or extracurricular activities
Curiosity for data and ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions
Ability to connect dots and think strategically
Focus, resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
Collaboration skills and effective communication abilities
