Description

Ball Corporation is seeking a Functional Analyst for Site Support to provide IT support and manage enterprise systems. Responsibilities

Administer and support complex IT environments

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
2-5 years job experience
2+ years development experience
Experience in communicating with customers
Proficient in end-user support
Experience with ServiceNow
Fluent English
