Description

Phoenix College is a London‑based training provider offering accredited courses in fields such as Electrical Installation, Phlebotomy and Website Design. The college seeks a Graphic and Multimedia Designer to create visual content for marketing, student recruitment and course materials across print, digital and multimedia channels.

Responsibilities

Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters for various courses
Create digital assets for the website and social media platforms
Produce multimedia content including promotional videos, reels, animations and course intro visuals
Design email marketing templates and digital advertising creatives
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all college materials
Collaborate with course teams and management to understand briefs, timelines and requirements
Support creation of e‑learning and course visual materials

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia production or related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of print, digital and multimedia work
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or related discipline; IT degree with project management experience is a plus
Excellent eye for detail, layout and typography
Good communication skills and ability to meet briefs and deadlines
Experience in the education or training sector is advantageous but not required

Conditions

Full‑time on‑site position in London
Competitive salary of £32‑35k per year
