Description

Labhouse is a fast-growing startup building AI & Productivity Apps. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for apps, working with Product, Marketing, and Content to boost engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

Design app store assets (icons, screenshots, banners) to maximize visibility and conversion
Collaborate with Marketing to create ad creatives and social media visuals
Develop and refine logos, branding elements, and style guides
Produce in-app graphic assets (illustrations, UI elements)
Ensure consistency and high quality across all visual touchpoints
Work with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketers for product launches

Requirements

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with digital design background
Broad portfolio showcasing high-quality digital work
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
Creative mindset with attention to detail, typography, and composition
Ability to adapt style to product and target audience
Adoption of AI creative tools like Midjourney, Veo3
Strong communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
