Description
The role is attached to the Methods Manager and covers the full product development cycle from concept to industrialisation. You will work closely with production, quality, purchasing and commercial teams to ensure technical feasibility and high‑quality delivery. The position offers a concrete, field‑oriented environment with varied technical challenges.
Responsibilities
Lead product development projects from concept to industrialisation
Design technical solutions complying with functional, normative and industrial standards
Create prototypes, conduct tests and analyse results
Define and optimise manufacturing process flows and tooling
Manage product qualifications and support pre‑series production start‑ups
Participate in APQP methodology throughout project lifecycle
Write technical dossiers, test protocols and justification documents
Collaborate daily with Production, Quality, Purchasing and Commercial teams
Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives
Conduct AMDEC analyses for product and process risk assessment
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in industrial product development and industrialisation
Proven expertise in designing technical solutions meeting functional and normative requirements
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production constraints
Experience in aerospace or high‑precision industrial environments
Ability to lead prototype creation, testing protocols and qualification procedures
Proficiency in documenting technical dossiers and maintaining ERP data
Conditions
CDI contract with cadre status
4.5‑day work week
RTT days plus 13th month bonus and variable component
Participation in CSE activities
Close proximity to production floor and hands‑on technical tasks
