Description
The Junior Data Analyst will support reporting, analytics and data management for consumer complaints, product quality and supply‑chain performance. The role works closely with technical, quality, manufacturing and consumer services teams to deliver actionable insights. It offers exposure to a leading food manufacturing environment and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports
Analyze consumer complaint, quality, manufacturing and supply‑chain data
Produce regular and ad‑hoc operational and leadership reports
Support root‑cause investigations through data analysis
Ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of business data
Monitor complaint trends across products, markets and sites
Prepare monthly and quarterly consumer services performance reports
Assist technical team with performance analysis and reporting
Track quality incidents and coordinate corrective actions
Maintain and validate data in Salesforce, SAP and Unilab
Provide data query support to users and stakeholders
Perform data cleansing and governance activities
Contribute to process improvements for reporting efficiency
Requirements
Proven background in data analytics and business analytics
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation
Experience with Salesforce data extraction and analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP
Familiarity with SAP and Unilab data systems
Ability to present insights to technical and non‑technical audiences
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent communication and organisational skills
