Description

AlpariGroup, a company with over 20 years in mobile and web development, is seeking a Junior Growth Product Manager. The role involves analyzing monetization funnels, optimizing conversion rates, and collaborating with analytics and product teams. Responsibilities

Analyze monetization funnel and pinpoint areas of improvement
Find a balance between revenue generation and user retention
Optimize and increase conversion rates (turn users into paying and loyal customers)
Come up with optimal solutions and improve web onboarding
Perform A/B tests; generate unique ideas and hypotheses, prepare reports showcasing results
Cooperate closely with analytics teams and product managers

Requirements

A solid understanding of unit economics and key business metrics
A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify user pain points and turn insights into impactful solutions
Experience optimizing conversion rates, ARPU, and LTV
Proficiency in analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar)
Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, analysts, designers, marketers)
At least an intermediate level of English, along with an understanding of language nuances and specific terminology
Experience with payment systems (Stripe, Solid, etc.), including chargeback/refund management and improving AR
Hands-on involvement in launching new products or funnels from scratch
Participation in building analytics architecture and setting up event tracking
