Description

Junior product management role in a digital health company behind science-backed brain-training and cognitive therapy applications used by millions. The position covers both B2C and medical products, spanning user-journey optimisation, roadmap definition and growth experiments across web and mobile. It is a hybrid role based in Berlin with flexible core hours, working closely with Marketing, BI, Customer Care and CRM teams.

Responsibilities

Improve the end-to-end user experience across B2C and medical products, from first touchpoint to long-term engagement and retention
Map and optimise user journeys across web and mobile, identifying drop-off points, friction and opportunities
Collaborate on defining the strategy and roadmap for mobile and web applications
Drive projects to identify key levers for new user growth, retention and revenue
Maintain a growth mindset and pursue learning opportunities for yourself and the team
Perform quality assurance on your product and suggest improvements
Work closely with Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Care and CRM departments
Build deep expertise in the product ecosystem and users
Be part of the MED Growth and Product Teams

Requirements

At least 1 year of product management experience for a digital product (E-commerce, Games, ideally Education or Health)
Personal interest in brain training and digital health products
Degree in Design, Business Administration, Computer Science, psychology or similar, or tech/programming hobbies instead
Hands-on experience improving website UX and diagnosing broken user journeys
Ability to think in terms of patient or user journeys
Strong problem-solving skills
Good organisation and project management skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Located in Berlin or close by
Team-player attitude and willingness to help colleagues
