Description

Groupe BPCE seeks a Technology Manager Leader to head a 35‑person squad spanning Paris, Porto, and Lisbon, focusing on payment solutions and digital services. The role combines team leadership, agile delivery, and technical governance across architecture, security, and DevOps practices. The position is based in Charenton‑le‑Pont and involves close collaboration with product and data teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a 35‑person engineering squad
Implement and enforce agile methodologies across teams
Oversee architecture, scalability, resilience, and security of payment applications
Plan and manage delivery schedules, budgets, and quality of service
Coordinate incident response and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

3‑5 years experience in managing engineering teams
Solid background in software development, especially Java/Spring Boot
Knowledge of API design, microservices, and gateway concepts
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and container orchestration
Understanding of OAuth security and DevOps CI/CD practices

Conditions
