Description

Transportify Ltd is hiring a Marketing Executive to join its Hyderabad office and drive online visibility for the company and its directors. The role combines digital marketing strategy, LinkedIn Ads management and personal branding for senior leaders based abroad. The ideal candidate works independently, uses AI tools intelligently and turns raw ideas into polished content, campaigns and brand assets. Around three years of marketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage marketing strategies for the company across digital platforms
Build and grow the personal brands of company directors, especially on LinkedIn
Create high-quality content that reflects the director's voice, vision and business goals
Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including planning, targeting, testing and reporting
Grow organic reach through strong content, engagement and personal branding strategies
Use AI tools effectively to improve research, content creation, campaign planning and productivity
Work closely with directors abroad to understand their ideas and turn them into clear marketing campaigns
Create content calendars, campaign plans and performance reports
Support brand positioning, lead generation and business development activity
Work independently with minimal supervision while staying aligned with company objectives

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing or brand management
Experience working with international companies, especially UK or European businesses, is highly desirable
Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, LinkedIn Ads and personal branding
Ability to write and shape content for senior business leaders and company pages
Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI, automation tools or similar
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver results
Comfortable working with overseas directors and adapting to different business cultures
Flexible, proactive and commercially aware
Marketing experience of about 3 years is preferred

Conditions

Work location is in person at the Hyderabad office
Close collaboration with directors and senior teams based abroad
