Description

This role involves working with Front Office teams including Sales, Trading, and Structuration to bridge business users and IT/Project teams. Responsibilities cover requirement gathering, specification writing, system configuration, testing, and user support. The position requires a strong finance background and experience with trading systems.

Responsibilities

Gather and formalize requirements from traders and sales for new features, regulatory changes, and tool optimization
Write detailed functional specifications and user stories
Participate in design workshops and propose solutions adapted to business and technical constraints
Contribute to configuration of Front Office systems such as Murex, Calypso, Sophis, Summit, Kondor+, Bloomberg, and Reuters
Monitor and execute test campaigns including UAT and regression testing
Support users during deployment and ensure training
Participate in technological and regulatory watch for MiFID II, EMIR, FRTB, and ESG

Requirements

Bac+5 in engineering, commerce, or university with market finance specialization
4 to 10 years of experience as Front Office Business Analyst or MOA on trading systems
In-depth knowledge of financial products including equities, rates, derivatives, FX, and structured products
Good understanding of Front-to-Back workflows
Fluent English for international environment
SQL, Python, or VBA skills for data analysis
Agile project management tools like JIRA and Confluence
Experience with Murex, Calypso or similar systems highly valued
