Description

As a Video Editor / Motion Designer apprentice you will create video and motion design content to showcase projects, professions and company culture. You will be involved in the whole production chain from concept and storyboard to shooting, editing and publishing across multiple channels. The role is based in Courbevoie and offers a collaborative environment focused on sustainable real‑estate projects.

Responsibilities

Conceive, script, shoot and edit video and motion design pieces
Produce interviews, tutorials, event coverage and corporate communication videos
Apply post‑production techniques including color grading, audio enhancement and subtitling
Contribute to TikTok channel with creative concepts and consistent branding
Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure timely delivery of final videos

Requirements

Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in shooting and editing video content for social media
Ability to write scripts, create storyboards and plan production schedules
Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels and other short‑form video platforms
Strong attention to detail, creativity and ability to work independently

Conditions

Apprenticeship contract lasting 12–24 months, hybrid work possible
