Description

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Product Strategy Designer to strengthen product strategy through design at the initiative and epic level. The role focuses on concept development, value articulation, and strategic design to support investment decisions. It operates within the Global Creative Studio and partners with Product Strategy, Design, and Research teams.

Responsibilities

Develop future-state product concepts and high-fidelity designs
Translate strategy into initiative-level designs for prioritization
Partner with Product Design teams to guide design direction
Collaborate with Research and Insights teams to embed user empathy
Pressure-test concepts with product and engineering partners
Contribute to shared standards for product strategy and concept design

Requirements

8+ years of experience in product design, product strategy design, or experience design roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and strategic thinking
Experience working upstream of delivery to inform product direction
Background in consulting or professional services preferred
Ability to influence senior stakeholders through design and storytelling
Expertise in Figma and related design tools
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
Familiarity with digital product development environments
