Description

Logius is seeking a Platform Engineer to develop and manage the Standaard Platform, a critical digital infrastructure for the Dutch government. The platform is a container-based system using Kubernetes with DevSecOps tooling, supporting government agencies in hosting and security. The role involves deploying CNCF components, ensuring platform performance, and collaborating in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the platform in an Agile/Scrum manner, deploy and test CNCF components on Kubernetes, support government agencies in using the platform, perform configuration management and maintenance releases, monitor the platform and resolve incidents.

Requirements

Requires HBO level education, experience with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and Linux environments. Knowledge of Kubernetes (preferably certified), tools like Elastic/Kibana, Thanos, Grafana, Keycloak, Istio. Experience with DevOps and platform engineering in cloud environments, including networking and storage. Good communication skills in Dutch and ability to work with clients.

Conditions

Hybrid work model with team agreements for office presence, 36-hour work week, fixed-term contract with view to indefinite, Individual Choice Budget (IKB) including salary and time benefits, study facilities, fitness, and partial paid parental leave.
