Description

Sonova Group is hiring a Procurement Analyst to turn procurement data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions. The role focuses on building dashboards and reports to monitor supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic procurement initiatives. The analyst works closely with Corporate Purchasing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver data-driven solutions. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland, with a flexible hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

Analyze procurement and supplier data to identify performance trends and cost-saving opportunities
Design and develop clear, insightful dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
Support the implementation and optimization of spend and pricing management tools
Perform spend, pricing and budget analyses to support strategic procurement decisions
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver data-driven solutions
Identify opportunities for value engineering and process improvements based on data analysis
Monitor supplier performance, market trends and supply chain risks
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Procurement Operational Excellence
Present analytical findings in a clear and business-oriented manner

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or business analytics
Education preferably in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
Experience within Procurement or Supply Chain is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office
Knowledge of SAP and/or spend analytics platforms is highly desirable
Ability to work independently while effectively engaging with multiple stakeholders
Ability to engage with diverse internal and external partners
Curiosity, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
