Raisin is a leading FinTech platform connecting consumers with banks for savings and investment products. The Product Designer role involves creating digital products, collaborating across functions, and contributing to the design system. The position is based in Berlin with hybrid work options.

Responsibilities
Own design activities for customer registration, authentication, account management, and payments
Improve internal customer-service and operations tools
Lead rapid prototyping using generative and agentic tools
Support end-to-end design discovery and delivery with senior peers
Validate quickly and iterate using qualitative research and metrics
Run feedback loops for AI-generated work to meet ethical and quality standards
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data specialists
Partner with peers to experiment with UX infrastructure for AI-driven features
Explain design intent and choices to team and stakeholders
Translate complex backend capabilities and AI/ML models into user-friendly interfaces
Surface compliance requirements and shape robust experiences
Adopt and contribute to reusable UX patterns for design system cohesion
Work with the Raisin Design System team for accessible and consistent components
Help the design system grow with spec-to-code delivery
Stay current on AI capabilities and design practices with agents
Requirements
3+ years in product design, ideally in fintech or highly regulated environments
Portfolio showing strong product design experience in complex systems with AI/ML-driven features
Clear understanding of designing for AI, including system uncertainty and user trust
Practice with user-driven validation techniques: qualitative, quantitative, and analytics-based
Good grasp of designing with generative and agentic tools for concept exploration and delivery
Ability to participate in cross-functional workshops with data scientists and AI/ML engineers
Data-informed mindset comfortable with security, compliance, and AI system metrics
Strong storytelling to explain complex AI logic in simple terms
Proactive learner already using AI-augmented workflows
