Description

The role involves owning a part of a platform engine, driving product strategy, and using AI tools for rapid prototyping and iteration. The position requires working closely with engineering teams and focusing on speed to market. Success is measured by impact and changes brought by the role.

Responsibilities

Identify areas where AI and technology can improve service delivery
Turn ambiguous challenges into clear hypotheses and prototypes
Write detailed product definitions and work with engineering teams
Take ownership of backlog, priorities, and roadmap
Drive products from prototype through production and adoption

Requirements

Strong understanding of managed services, staffing, or related fields
Daily use of AI tools for research, design, and prototyping
Ability to prototype and design quickly
Experience working in short cycles with engineering teams
Decision-making based on incomplete information
