Description
Dexter Energy, an Amsterdam‑based scale‑up, builds AI‑powered forecasting solutions for renewable energy markets. The Product Manager will own the power forecasting product roadmap, drive growth, and expand the offering across Europe.
Responsibilities
Own direction and ROI‑based product roadmap, set milestones and priorities
Drive growth by improving trial conversion, onboarding speed, upsell and retention
Lead geo‑expansion to double customer base within two years
Own go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, product marketing and partnership development
Conduct product discovery through experiments, market sizing and deep customer interviews
Define packaging and pricing to protect gross margin and simplify offers
Reduce cost‑to‑serve and CAC via standardized onboarding and self‑serve value discovery
Report to CPO and collaborate with Power, Meteo Tech, Commercial and Leadership teams
Requirements
Minimum five years product management experience in international B2B SaaS
Proven track record scaling products with growth‑ and revenue‑first focus
Expertise in go‑to‑market, positioning, pricing, packaging and unit‑economics (P&L, LTV/CAC)
Strong customer‑interviewing skills to uncover core needs
Experience managing data products, APIs or forecasting/ML solutions
Industry experience in short‑term power markets
Nice‑to‑have experience with renewable or weather forecasting services
Ability to drive product‑led growth in high‑tech clean‑tech environments
Conditions
Hybrid work environment with two to three days per week in office
Annual base salary €87,000‑€107,000 including eight percent holiday allowance
