Description
Brightstar Lottery is a global leader in lottery technology delivering secure solutions to governments and operators. The Product Owner will act as the main liaison between customers, end‑users and the development team for the prize payments product. Responsibilities include translating business needs into user stories and ensuring delivery aligns with contractual obligations. The role is based in Warsaw with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
Lead customer engagements, conduct workshops and translate insights into actionable product requirements
Develop business and functional requirements, prioritize backlog based on feedback, market trends and business value
Coordinate with product engineering leaders to support day‑to‑day development using Agile methodologies
Create documentation, user guides and release toolkits for customers and internal stakeholders
Provide continuous guidance and support to customers to maximize product adoption and usage
Collaborate with Product Manager to shape vision for claim and payment solutions aligning with strategic goals
Requirements
Four or more years of experience in business systems analysis, product ownership or related field
Strong domain knowledge in claims management or player account management preferred
Experience with enterprise‑grade B2B products, both web‑based and mobile solutions
Proficiency with Jira, Polarion‑X or similar tools for backlog and requirements management
Ability to capture user needs and translate them into clear product requirements and features
Skilled in leveraging generative AI tools for drafting requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
