Description

Alstom seeks a Program Manager for D&IS Services to lead development and operational maintenance of signaling service products. The role reports to HQ and is based in Villeurbanne/Saint‑Ouen, France. You will define control‑room concepts, roadmaps and coordinate international solution teams.

Responsibilities

Define and structure Control Room concept in collaboration with international solution teams
Develop product roadmaps and align them with development frameworks and existing services
Lead R&D and sustaining projects, managing specifications and work packages
Ensure quality, cost and delivery commitments across all assigned programs
Coordinate adjacent entities and support deployment of products across solutions and projects

Requirements

Minimum seven years experience in development or project management within a demanding industrial environment
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and improve productivity and quality
Strong knowledge of signaling systems, hardware and software development methodologies
Experience with cybersecurity and reliability requirements in critical infrastructure
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
