Description
Standard Chartered is hiring a Project Manager to lead Anti-Crime Technology transformation initiatives. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and governance within the banking sector. The project manager will work closely with the Programme Manager to achieve milestones and ensure compliance with group standards.
Responsibilities
Translate programme strategy into project objectives and delivery plans
Lead project-wide stakeholder engagement and communications
Coordinate delivery across business units, project workstreams, and external partners
Embed global change delivery standards across markets
Enable performance transparency through delivery metrics and governance packs
Manage changes to scope, schedule, costs, and benefits
Maintain the project-level RAID log
Ensure compliance with group standards and controls
Own the integrated project plan end-to-end
Partner the Programme Manager on budget governance
Ensure completeness and timely updates of project data
Requirements
Minimum 3 years in banking project management
Experience with managing Agile and waterfall projects
Proficiency in project management tools (Clarity, ADO, Confluence, MS Office, MS Project)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in financial forecasting and budgeting
Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and risk areas
Master's Degree
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification
Fluent English
