Description

Project Manager – Manufacturing/Installation for a market‑leading organisation that designs, manufactures and installs anti‑ligature door systems for hospitals and secure facilities. The role coordinates multiple manufacturing and installation projects for NHS trusts, ensuring scope, timelines and quality standards are met. Hybrid work model with weekly travel to client sites and a competitive salary plus car allowance.

Responsibilities

Own projects from order confirmation through delivery and final sign‑off
Coordinate technical specifications with production to ensure quality
Plan site access and schedule works with installation teams
Manage subcontractors onsite and ensure compliance with standards
Conduct regular progress meetings with NHS clients and resolve issues
Review drawings and architectural information for accuracy before production

Requirements

Strong project and contract management experience in door manufacturing
Highly organized ability to juggle multiple live projects
Excellent communication skills for NHS clients and internal teams
Proficient with Excel, Smartsheet, Salesforce or similar tools
Full UK driving licence and personal vehicle required

Conditions

Hybrid work model with weekly travel to client sites
Competitive salary £50‑£55k plus £6k car allowance and bonus
Based in South of England covering South London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex
Requires full UK driving licence and personal vehicle
