Description

WSP is hiring a Project Manager for the Roads team in London & South East. The role involves managing highways projects, ensuring compliance, and mentoring junior staff. It is a hybrid position with flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities

Manage delivery of highways projects for public and private sector clients
Ensure compliance with quality management systems and drive efficiencies
Provide guidance and support to experienced and developing technical staff
Contribute to team internal knowledge base and mentor junior staff
Undertake contract management and administration under various contracts
Work with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects

Requirements

Professional qualification in project management or engineering discipline
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths
NEC accreditation and skills to lead and administer contracts
Membership in professional institutions like APM or PMI
Competence in stakeholder management, risk, planning, and commercial management
Proficiency in project management tools and software
