Description

The Project Manager will lead a strategic SAP Order-to-Cash initiative focused on digital payment solutions and subscription models. The role involves managing SAP project delivery, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring solutions meet legal and business requirements. The project aims to transform payment processes and build foundations for future digital services.

Responsibilities

Managing SAP projects in the O2C area, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope
Defining project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Leading project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth cooperation
Ensuring SAP solutions comply with business needs, legal requirements, and best practices
Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans as needed
Acting as the main point of contact for O2C project matters, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and management
Conducting workshops and training to ensure end-user acceptance of O2C processes
Ensuring proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Monitoring and evaluating project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, implementing corrective actions as necessary

Requirements

Min. 5 years of experience managing SAP projects in the O2C area
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and SAP environment
Ability to manage project scope, budget, and schedule
Experience leading project teams and collaborating with business stakeholders
Familiarity with project management methodologies and risk management
Fluent English (C1)
Residence in Poland required
