Description

Sopra Steria, a major European tech company, is hiring a Project Manager to lead ServiceNow integration projects for large clients. The role involves end-to-end project management, team coordination, and quality delivery. It requires experience in IT project management and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Pilot ServiceNow projects end-to-end: scoping, delivery, and production launch
Define and secure project planning, budget, and commitments
Coordinate project teams: Business Analysts, Tech Leads, consultants, architects
Lead project committees and ensure stakeholder communication
Identify, anticipate, and manage risks and dependencies
Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Accompany clients in change management and solution adoption

Requirements

Good understanding of ServiceNow platform technical and functional aspects
Strong client service sense and sense of responsibility
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Professional level in English proficiency
PMP or Prince 2 certifications are a plus
Engineering degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of IT project management experience
Experience in managing agile or hybrid projects
