Description

Siemens Mobility is looking for a Project Manager to lead Category C rail infrastructure projects, coordinating between sales, customers and delivery partners. The role provides flexible working, extensive wellbeing benefits and opportunities to grow within the rail sector.

Responsibilities

Ensure work packages are delivered within technical, legal and budgetary requirements using LoA tool
Deliver projects on time, within budget and to required quality specifications
Support financial aspects of projects and interpret project financial data
Ensure compliance with legislation and Siemens standards such as PM@Siemens and QM@Siemens
Set up efficient procedures for project controlling and reporting to maintain up‑to‑date project overview
Manage proposal development, planning and tender costing according to guidelines and secure necessary resources
Oversee contract management, maintain customer satisfaction and incorporate feedback
Control project results to achieve budget, profit and margin targets and report to stakeholders
Conduct regular project reviews with stakeholders and optimise resource utilisation
Build and lead a success‑oriented project team

Requirements

Experience managing projects at a minimum of Project C classification
Proficiency with project management tools and techniques
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Experience leading and managing a project team, including Siemens staff and subcontractors
Familiarity with rail industry project implementation (beneficial)
