Description

SITA is a global leader in air travel technology. The role involves leading the Business Enablement portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, managing a team, and overseeing governance, finances, and resources for complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the Business Enablement portfolio, translating strategic priorities into integrated roadmaps and delivery plans
Oversee project and programme delivery, ensuring business outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
Manage portfolio priorities, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints while ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers and project professionals
Establish and maintain portfolio governance aligned with enterprise standards and strategic priorities
Oversee portfolio budgets, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation
Partner with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align priorities and delivery commitments
Manage portfolio risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges across business and technology functions

Requirements

University degree or equivalent professional experience
Formal project management training, PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
Proven experience managing complex portfolios of projects and programmes in technology environments
Demonstrated people leadership experience including coaching and performance management
Experience across infrastructure, networking, cyber security, or cloud domains
Strong portfolio governance, financial management, and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
