Description
An international engineering and consulting company is looking for a confirmed Project Manager for high-voltage (HVB) underground cable links and electrical substations within electricity transmission networks. The role involves steering projects through the AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA and DET phases while securing quality, cost and deadline commitments. You will coordinate multidisciplinary technical studies, manage planning, budgets and risks, and handle subcontractor and provider contracting. The position is based in La Garenne-Colombes with a hybrid work mode and offers compensation starting at 40 K euros annually.

Responsibilities
Steer HVB underground link and electrical substation projects across the AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA and DET phases, ensuring quality, cost and deadline commitments
Ensure project planning, milestone tracking and critical review of schedules
Coordinate technical studies and organize interfaces between disciplines and stakeholders
Produce budget estimates, project costing and cost tracking within the contractual framework
Identify, formalize and track project risks and related mitigation actions
Steer consultations, selection and contracting of subcontractors and service providers
Contribute to tender responses and business development of Transport and Distribution activities
Requirements
Engineering degree in energy, electrical engineering, civil engineering or equivalent
2 to 5 years of experience managing HVB projects, underground links and/or electrical substations
Confirmed practice in MOE, MOEE or PMO environments
Command of project planning, costing and technical study monitoring
Good knowledge of multi-lot interfaces and electricity transmission networks
Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, Tilos and AutoCAD
Fluent French and professional English
Rigor, autonomy and ability to manage several topics simultaneously
