Description

The Crowd is recruiting a Project Manager for a large global architecture and design company known for award-winning corporate interiors projects. The role covers full project lifecycle management in London — from concept through completion — including client relationship management, financial coordination with internal teams, resource management, and integration of BIM and PM tools. This is a business-driven PM position, not a design role, seeking candidates from a project management or business support background within the design industry.

Responsibilities

Help manage the deliverables of large-scale corporate interiors projects
Integrate with the internal design team to understand the contract and its requirements
Work with the internal finance team to ensure efficient and timely project billing
Liaise directly with the client's project management and other external stakeholders
Manage resources through collaboration with the Project Management team
Provide regular updates and information on project deliverables
Integrate developing BIM and PM tools into the projects you're working on
Manage potential risk and resolve through collaboration with the wider team

Requirements

Experience working in an architectural project management position
Confident in fulfilling duties from process to completion
Educated to a degree level in architecture or similar, ideally hold a Project Management Qualification
Experience leading on projects and being a point of contact
A good understanding of RIBA stages and design process
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent with managing client relations
Experience using Revit or BIM software
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
