Description

Muji, a global retailer, seeks a Python Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain in-house applications using PHP and Python in a Windows environment. The role focuses on building bespoke applications for inventory management and integrating web apps.

Responsibilities

Develop a bespoke application over SQL Server to bridge inventory and replenishment systems.
Integrate the application with Excel for usability and manage stock reservations.
Consolidate and validate replenishment orders from various sources.
Work on secondary opportunities to further integrate replenishment systems.
Engage in web programming in Big Commerce space and omnichannel initiatives.
Participate in CRM initiatives if possible.

Requirements

Programming skills in PHP and Python are essential.
Experience in C#, ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VB is advantageous.
Knowledge of Windows environment and Windows IIS.
Problem solving skills and ability to work with system users.
Ability to work well in a team and be self-motivated.
Ability to work methodically and follow guidelines.
5+ years of professional experience in Windows desktop development, 2+ with PHP, Python.
Knowledge of HTML and responsive web design is an advantage.
Interest in digital trends, design, and best practices.
Proven understanding of typography, layout, consistency, and grid structures.
