Description

We are looking for a QA Tester to ensure the quality of our software solutions. Responsibilities include designing and executing test plans, automating tests with Playwright, performing functional and exploratory testing, and collaborating with development teams. The role is part of a hybrid work setup in Hilversum, with a strong focus on continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases
Automation of tests through Playwright
Performing functional, regression, and exploratory testing
Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs
Collaborating with development teams to improve product quality
Contributing to the improvement of QA processes and standards
Ensuring that releases meet quality standards before deployment

Requirements

Have HBO/WO-level thinking and working ability
Have experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role
Are familiar with testing methodologies and tools
Have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Communicate clearly in English (Dutch is a plus)
Are proactive, structured, and a true team player

Conditions

Part-time or full-time position (32–40 hours per week)
Gross monthly salary between €3500 and €5000 based on 40 hours
Hybrid working, including a home office budget
25 vacation days (based on full-time), with the option to extend
