Description

The Research Analyst role at Aurora Energy Research in Warsaw involves developing quantitative analyses to guide decision-making in the Polish, Czech, and Slovak power markets during the energy transition. Responsibilities

Develop timely and rigorous quantitative analyses to enhance clients’ decision making
Work closely with modelling team to structure economic problems into quantifiable analyses
Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements
Communicate findings to clients through compelling presentations
Contribute to product development by identifying new opportunities and expanding capabilities

Requirements

University degree in a quantitative subject or social science with interest in policy or quantitative analysis
Ability to collect, analyse and interpret complex data and information
Evidence of strong performance in team-oriented environments
Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical parties
Full professional fluency in English and Polish
