Description

Voix Publique, a citizen mobilization agency, is hiring a Project Manager to lead a team in Paris and coordinate campaigns for health, citizenship, and environmental themes. The role involves managing clients, teams, budgets, and ensuring campaign execution while developing new opportunities.

Responsibilities

General coordination of campaigns
Manage the project team (coordinators and team leaders)
Animate, recruit, and train mobilizer teams continuously
Plan and monitor field campaigns
Monitor budgets and use of material resources
Ensure service quality and optimize resources
Design and implement impactful communication campaigns
Manage client relationships, advise and support clients
Detect new opportunities in the client portfolio
Contribute to internal processes and prospection
Imagine and drive new projects in citizen mobilization

Requirements

5 years of experience in project management including training, events, communication/sensitization
Entrepreneurial mindset and significant experience in team management
Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders around specific themes
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Leadership and management abilities
Customer service orientation
Good command of Excel
Driver's license (Permis B) is highly desired
