Description

Wavestone is an international consulting firm helping clients with strategic digital transformations. The Digital Customer business unit offers end‑to‑end services, including UX/UI design, design‑ops and industrialisation. The Senior Consultant UX will lead design projects and mentor junior consultants.

Responsibilities

Design scalable digital experiences aligned with business and technology goals
Integrate user‑centered approaches while ensuring design scalability and consistency
Collaborate closely with front‑end development teams for seamless implementation
Define and enforce design methodologies, best practices and quality standards
Create and share knowledge on AI‑enhanced design and emerging industry trends

Requirements

At least three years of UX/UI design experience
Proven expertise in design systems and design‑ops processes
Experience leading junior consultants and managing projects autonomously
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, CRM and marketing automation tools
Fluent English communication skills for diverse stakeholder interaction
