Description
Quince is hiring a Senior CRM Lifecycle + Journeys Manager to own every triggered flow across email, SMS, push, and in-app for the UK, Germany, and France markets. This is a builder role centred on Iterable and the CDP, where you write flow logic, set up data pipes, design experiments, and ship AI agents. The position sits alongside the Director, CRM, who owns retention strategy and the campaign calendar, while this role owns the triggered flow programme shaped by UK/EU privacy rules and market-specific channel economics.
Responsibilities
Build, launch, and own every triggered lifecycle flow for the UK, Germany, and France launches
Ship AI agents and tooling that reduce work in flow build, copy, segmentation, and QA
Partner with the Data team to run the triggered-flow testing roadmap with statistically sound design
Build channel-cost decision logic across email, SMS, push, and in-app per flow per market
Recover signal lost from fingerprinting and consent restrictions via app and logged-in routing
Stand up and run the localisation pipeline with freelance copywriters for EN-UK, DE, and FR
Maintain CDP quality across UK and EU, covering data model, integrations, hygiene, latency, and identity resolution
Requirements
6+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing in DTC or ecommerce, including at least 3 years owning automated triggered flows end to end
Hands-on flow building in Iterable (preferred) or a comparable ESP such as Braze, Klaviyo, or SFMC
Hands-on with a CDP such as Segment, mParticle, Hightouch, or Census, with understanding of identity resolution and data hygiene
Experience building or deploying AI agents or LLM workflows in a marketing context
SQL proficiency, able to self-serve in Looker or BigQuery without waiting for an analyst
Strong A/B testing rigour, understanding statistical significance and where it breaks in lifecycle
Working knowledge of UK/EU privacy law (GDPR, PECR) and consent management
Attention to edge cases such as locale, currency, time zone, opt-in state, and suppression rules
Strong cross-functional operator working daily with creative, brand, data science, tech, and US CRM counterparts
Preferred: multi-market lifecycle experience in UK with DE or FR
Preferred: fashion or home goods background and app-native lifecycle experience
Preferred: fluency in German or French
Conditions
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
