Description

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to drive sales growth and acquire customers through performance campaigns for a leading food‑tech brand. The role combines data‑driven optimisation of budgets with brand building across multiple channels. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland, working on‑site with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Increase sales and acquire customers through performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Translate data insights into effective actions and optimise campaign budgets
Align sales targets with brand building initiatives in the online space
Develop and execute social media strategies, including content planning and performance reporting
Coordinate and manage a team of graphic designers, copywriters and external freelancers
Test and implement new marketing tools and technologies such as AI, automation and personalization
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Maintain a data‑driven approach to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, either in an agency or client environment
Proven success in performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Deep knowledge of campaign optimisation, KPI analysis (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and budget management
Experience in social media strategy, from content planning to performance reporting
Ability to coordinate teams of designers, copywriters and freelancers
Proficiency with Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite and Looker Studio
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable marketing actions
Excellent organisational skills for planning, prioritisation and project management

Conditions
