Description

Quantum is a digital comparison and affiliate marketing company connecting global brands with high-intent consumers. The Rewards Tech team is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to own the frontend across Cashback and Custard apps and websites. The role involves shipping revenue-driving functionality, building automated E2E tests, and improving UX across both reward brands, with full-stack work on Python backend services when needed.

Responsibilities

Own the frontend across the Cashback and Custard apps and websites, from build through to release
Ship new app functionality that moves revenue and retention, working closely with product and backend
Build and maintain automated end-to-end tests so staging is stable and releases are predictable
Raise the standard of web and app UX across both reward brands
Work full stack where it counts, partnering with backend developers on Python services behind the apps

Requirements

Strong senior frontend engineer with production-grade experience in React and TypeScript on the web
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in frontend development
Hands-on experience building and shipping mobile apps, ideally React Native across iOS and Android
Sharp eye for UX and design — cares how a product feels, not just whether it works
Comfortable owning end-to-end and staging test automation as part of shipping
Happy working across the stack, with Python as a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment
Genuine desire to learn, grow, and lift others around you
