Description

BNP Paribas CIB is creating a greenfield investment reporting platform using Java and Angular. The senior full‑stack developer will design and build both backend services and responsive front‑end interfaces while collaborating closely with architects. The role offers a hybrid work model with generous benefits and remote‑work expense support.

Responsibilities

Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
Develop responsive, high‑performance user interfaces with Angular
Integrate and optimize data layers using enterprise databases such as Sybase or Oracle
Collaborate with architects and tech leads to ensure adherence to modern best practices
Participate in greenfield development of an investment reporting platform
Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

Extensive experience building scalable backend services with Java and Spring Boot
Proven ability to develop complex single‑page applications using Angular
Strong SQL skills with Sybase and/or Oracle, including performance optimization
Experience with microservices architecture and modern API design
Fluent English for daily collaboration within an international team
Ability to analyze existing business logic and translate it into new platform requirements
