Description
The company is looking for a Senior Growth Designer to join its Growth team and own the design side of web funnels for paid acquisition. This is an individual contributor role with real design ownership, taking a business hypothesis or goal from Growth and independently turning it into a strong, well-argued design solution. You will work on landing pages, quiz screens, and paywalls built around A/B tests, and also contribute to product screens, user flows, and UX beyond pure growth work. The role sits in a fast, data-driven environment with close collaboration between Growth, Acquisition, Product, Analytics, and Development.
Responsibilities
Design and iterate on web funnels - landing pages, quiz screens, and paywalls - built around specific hypotheses and A/B tests
Build reusable visual components for the internal funnel builder (quiz screens, paywall blocks, and similar) so the team can assemble new funnels quickly and systematically
Contribute to product screens, user flows, and UX beyond pure growth work
Partner closely with Growth, Acquisition, and Product - pick up hypotheses, turn them around quickly and accurately, and keep status visible to the team
Own and maintain the design system and Figma hygiene - clean file structure, component consistency, and tracking of hypotheses and versions
Join syncs on key metrics, understand funnel performance, and let data rather than taste drive design decisions
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Growth Designer, Product Designer, or Web Designer with a strong track record in web funnels and performance design
Strong understanding of web funnels and their business logic
Solid analytical skills and comfort working with key metrics, understanding of conversion and funnel performance, with the ability to connect design decisions to results
Ability to quickly dive into complex problems and develop effective solutions
High level of autonomy and accountability
Creativity and ability to generate unconventional, bold hypotheses and fresh design directions
Design expertise beyond execution - developing alternative concepts and pushing back with arguments when a decision breaks the user flow
Strong results orientation and a focus on solutions rather than problems
English proficiency - B1 or higher
Proactivity and initiative - come with proposals rather than waiting for a spec
Attention to detail - precision in text, elements and states as part of seniority
Communication and responsiveness - stay reachable, keep the team updated on status and join urgent syncs
Structured process - follow agreed workflows, track hypotheses and tasks, document decisions
Involvement in metrics and product - engage with growth and product numbers and participate in discussions on what worked
Nice to have: motion/micro-animation skills, performance ad-creative experience, background in subscription or AI products
Conditions
Fully remote work with a full-time schedule
Flexible working hours
Competitive compensation based on experience, expertise, and impact
Access to available AI tools
Reimbursement of professional courses and trainings
Professional equipment and access to the necessary programs
Paid vacations, sick days, and other benefits
Medical insurance
A variety of corporate events and team-building activities
