Description

Fusion Consulting is a global boutique consultancy specialized in life‑science projects. The Senior IT Project Manager will lead SAP EWM implementations for pharmaceutical clients. The role combines technical expertise with strategic project leadership in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution and closure of EWM system implementation projects within scope, budget and timeline
Manage stakeholder communications across multiple departments and external partners
Develop comprehensive project plans including resource allocation, risk mitigation and contingency measures
Oversee configuration, testing and deployment of EWM solutions ensuring GxP and GDP compliance
Direct and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications with IT architects
Manage project budgets, procurement processes and vendor relationships to optimise cost‑effectiveness
Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth user adoption of new systems

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, including at least 5 years leading SAP EWM implementations
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks such as GxP and GDP
Proven ability to manage multi‑phase projects with budgets exceeding €1 million
Advanced proficiency in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies
Excellent people skills and experience leading high‑performing teams
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira
Fluent written and verbal English communication for senior stakeholder presentations
