Responsibilities

Own design, execution, and improvement of geo-based, time-based, and synthetic control experiment frameworks
Apply econometric and causal inference techniques to measure incremental effect of marketing activities
Build and manage test-and-learn programme across paid channels
Contribute to development and validation of attribution models (CLV-MTA and MMM)
Translate causal findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Review experiment designs, create documentation, and shape internal standards

Requirements

Master's or PhD in Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
5+ years experience in data science or quantitative research with expertise in causal experiments
Strong command of causal inference methods including difference-in-differences, synthetic control, Bayesian structural time series
Proficient in Python, SQL, Power BI and statistical modelling libraries like statsmodels, PyMC, CausalImpact
Experience with version control (Git), reproducible workflows, and cloud environments like BigQuery or Snowflake
Ability to present statistical findings to non-technical audiences
