Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Node.js Developer to lead enterprise‑grade backend systems with complex business workflows. The role involves architecting scalable solutions, managing cross‑functional teams, and owning end‑to‑end delivery from development to deployment and client communication.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop enterprise Node.js applications for BFSI, ERP, healthcare or logistics domains
Design and optimize complex business workflows with multi‑step approvals and real‑time data processing
Manage deployment pipelines, including CI/CD, containerization and cloud infrastructure
Lead a team of React.js frontend and iOS native developers, ensuring code quality and timely delivery
Mentor team members on scalability, security and performance best practices
Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates and troubleshoot issues
Perform root‑cause analysis and resolve critical production incidents
Oversee server management on AWS, Azure or GCP, monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, and ensure disaster recovery
Optimize MongoDB clusters through sharding, replication and indexing

Requirements

5–7 years of experience with Node.js (Express or NestJS) and MongoDB, including complex aggregations and transactions
Proven experience developing enterprise applications in BFSI, ERP, healthcare or logistics domains
Hands‑on expertise with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or GitLab), Docker, Kubernetes and cloud services such as AWS, Azure or GCP
Experience managing teams of three or more developers, including frontend (React.js) and iOS native engineers
Fluent English for client communication, documentation and presentations
Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ
Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation (preferred)

Conditions

On‑site work required in Kochi with immediate joining (0–15 days)
Travel required for client visits to Dubai
Full‑time position with no remote option
