Description

Havas Media Network, part of Havas Media Group Poland, is looking for a Senior Performance Specialist to lead performance marketing campaigns for key global brands. The role combines client consulting, media planning, campaign execution and reporting, and is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute performance marketing campaigns in direct channels (display, affiliate, mailing)
Develop effective media plans and co‑create performance communication strategies
Continuously monitor campaign results, prepare reports, analyses and optimization recommendations
Manage billing and settlement of advertising activities
Maintain direct client contact, provide advisory support and build long‑term partner relationships
Collaborate with specialists from Search, Programmatic, Social, Mobile and Analytics teams
Participate in tender processes and expand activities to other digital channels such as Meta and Google

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in e‑commerce or performance marketing, agency or client side
Proven ability to coordinate and run performance campaigns across display, affiliate and mailing channels
Practical knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics and Campaign Manager
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
Strong client‑facing skills with a passion for consulting and project management
English language proficiency at least B2/C1 for written and spoken communication
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into media mix recommendations
