Description

Banco Plata is a tech platform powered by AI that is redefining the financial experience in Mexico and working to simplify it. The company is looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of critical customer experiences, making them fast, transparent and trustworthy. The role can be fully remote or based in Serbia, Mexico, Spain or Cyprus, with relocation support provided.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of critical customer experiences
Make experiences fast, transparent and trustworthy for every customer

Requirements

3+ years of experience in product design
Experience in fintech, lending or onboarding flows
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX
Designing for conversion and compliance
B2 English level for effective communication

Conditions
