Description
Enginy is a Barcelona-based B2B SaaS startup that uses AI-driven lead generation to automate prospecting for sales teams. The company has raised €5 million in seed funding and is scaling its product and engineering teams. The Senior Product Designer will own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing to shipping and measuring results, working directly with engineers and founders.
Responsibilities
Own major product initiatives end-to-end from problem framing to shipping and measuring
Prototype ideas quickly using Figma, code, AI tools, or user testing
Design complete user journeys, flows, edge cases, empty states, and data-heavy UI
Ship with engineering, comfortable in codebase and pull requests
Evolve the design system as a tool for faster shipping
Raise quality standards and mentor junior designers
Requirements
Several years shipping real B2B products, ideally SaaS with complex data or workflows
Ability to prototype in code (HTML/CSS/JS, React) and use AI tools
Strong interaction and visual design skills for dense, complex UI
Product thinking with data and customer conversations to drive decisions
Opinionated and collaborative communication style
Comfortable working in ambiguity and small teams
Curious about AI, sales, and outbound processes
Fluent English
